After reading the 12 book series A Dance to the Music of Time, I feel the need for another “project” so am considering, with some trepidation, Proust’s In Search of Lost Time…
Hello, I would love santa to bring me ‘Carry On, Jeeves’ by P. G. Wodehouse, the second book in the Jeeves series. I read the first book earlier this year and loved it.
Would love to read Vintage 1954.Love vintage 50s !!Looks fab
Demons by Stewart Giles.
I would love to receive a copy of Lucinda Riley’s The Sun Sister. The sixth book in the series, The Sun Sister, follows the story of Electra D’Aplièse from Manhattan to the plains of Africa as she learns about her heritage and discovers what is really worth fighting for. All her books are strong on location and so readable.
Vintage 1954! Looks great!

Love the idea of Vintage 1954-the quirkiness and sense of time and place-a book to escape and relax into. Also would enjoy Stasi Winter by David Young, unusual in it’s pre 89 setting.
So hard to choose
Vintage1954.

Casey Cep’s “Furious Hours” would be a wonderful present to find under the tree on Christmas morning!
I’m hoping for a couple of Adam Kay’s books
The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See. Knowing a number of Americans who have adopted children from China, the synopsis really resonates and I’d love to find out more. Thanks for the chance to win!
I would love Santa forever if he brought me a book by Gloucestershire writer Dinah Jefferies. I’ve read several and would pass this one on to my Mum afterwards, as she is also a big fan. Dinah writes so evocatively about the settings of her books. I believe her latest is called “Missing Sister”.
Joe Country by Mick Herron
Crime thrillers peter james being my favourite
