This is a nice idea, a way to relax, concentrate and “imbibe” and revisit Paris “the spirit of Paris will guide you” It is a much thicker book than I anticipated with a huge variety of sketches, many are of Parisien quartiers, monuments and landscapes, others of patterns and all things French (think shoes and perfume). The huge variety is the draw. For me, I prefer the colouring books where the lines abut, are clearly drawn rather than sketches – the pleasure and relaxation of colouring for me is that I don’t have to think where the colour should end, it is done for me, and sketches are more spontaneous, less delineated. The binding in my copy is also quite tight, so the spine has to be ‘broken’ in order to colour to the edge. which isn’t ideal.

Lovely way to pop over to the City of Light, however.
