Chocolate – love – a bit of real life thrown in too… a book set in Paris

I enjoyed reading this book, it so brings Paris to life, right down to descriptions of the “fresh, flaky, still-warm croissants”….and of course there is chocolate in abundance. The characters come to life and the storyline moves along at a good pace. Part of the novel moves along to the rekindling of a connection between two past lovers, who had been in love at a very young age, unrequited love and all that, but somehow I couldn’t really see that happening. Great for Paris, less so for parts of the storyline. But overall a good and pacy read and nice characters.
