This book tells the story of Glaswegian Painter and Decorator, Jimmy McKenna, as he discovers Buddhism; it is gentle and funny, and I often found myself reading out loud to “hear” what the Glawegian brogue sounded like. Interesting concept, I think. – Briony Maughan –
