I found this book very quick and easy to read. It highlights the smells and sights of Bangkok perfectly, describing the colours of the foreigh city and the attitudes of the people magnificiently. I wanted to find many of the secret little corners and ally ways described in this book, but failed each time! A lovely way to read about Bangkok, even if the story itself wasn’t that rivetting!
