The author’s prose is immersive and evocative, steeped in sensory detail and emotional nuance. From lemon groves bathed in sunlight to the windswept Welsh shores of Anglesey, each setting exudes atmosphere and meaning.

I was deeply affected by the themes explored: the fragility of hope, the complexity of loyalty, and the emotional path toward healing. This novel is profoundly poignant.

I understand there is more to come in this Italian series, and I very much hope so. Highly recommended.
