I loved this book. From start to finish De Blasi’s style was just up my street. It’s a tale of love, both between an American woman and an Italian man, and for Italy and Italian food. On almost every page there was a different recipe I wanted to try, or a type of Italian food I wanted to eat. Having been to both Tuscany and Venice on a tour of Italy last year, I would say that this book is a must read. For me, it really brought to life the scenery of the Tuscan vineyards, and the heat of the area. I really enjoyed this book.
