I hadn’t read a John Grisham book for a while but really enjoyed this story even though it was probably a bit unlikely and I guessed what the ending was going to be well before I got to the conclusion. Although it was quite probable that David Zinc would find his job with a leading Chicago law firm tedious and boring and eventually come to the point where he finds it all too much and walks out, it is highly unbelievable that he would end up working in a firm such as Finley & Figg. However, it makes for a good story incorporating quite a lot of humour amongst the sad lives of his clients. An easy and enjoyable read.
