Heartbreak doesn’t come with a manual. Or does it?

The story opens with a knock on the door, late one evening. Dee, Rosa and Liv share a flat in South London and the fourth member of the group, Katie, lives nearby with her boyfriend, Chris. But Chris has ended the relationship and Katie needs the warmth, succour and companionship of her friends.

Katie is stuck in her groove of break-up and so the three friends set about creating a manual of healing, from music choices to anger, checklists and beverages, healing tips and FUN moments. They are a thoughtful girlie-gang who take their wounded compadre under their wing.

This heart-warming novel falls into the category of New Adult, aimed at people in their twenties.
