Love a mystery or a thriller then this is for you. Know Cardiff or Bristol? Then this is for you. And if you’re not familiar with either then this is still for you.

The story of Gethin Grey centres around the biggest case for years to come to his failing detective agency ‘Last Resort Legals’ and his determination to solve this fascinating cold case with the backing of actress Amelia Laverne. Why her interest? You’ll find out.

Gethin Grey is a family man with many failings. His marriage is on the rocks, he is a compulsive gambler, he can’t pay his staff but this case could be his salvation – or downfall! No clues here as to the sequence of events, you need to read it but on the journey I guarantee your mind will be opened to the many injustices, moral dilemmas and lives of less fortunate, not in a pitying way but often in a dark, frequently in an hilarious, and always in an honest way.

A brilliant book to read, and I am now off to hunt out more Gethin Grey novels.
