Scary, harrowing, very well written and impossible to put down!

  • Book: Block 46
  • Location: Falkenberg, Hampstead, London
  • Author: Johana Gustawsson

Review Author: Charl

This book is absolutely not the kind of book I would usually read – the knife slitting through the front cover should have been a clue it wasn’t going to be your average beach read. It’s disturbing, upsetting and very addictive which is something I’ve never come across in a book before. It’s very well written and the twist at the end was very unexpected. I would definitely recommend this book – but it isn’t for the faint hearted. I found myself questioning why I wanted to carry on reading some truly harrowing descriptions – but i did! Which I think must be the sign of a good book!
