Isabelle Broom has given us a captivatingly beautiful story set in Prague. Where the streets, people and architecture are seductively described in such a way that you can see, feel and taste magnificent city. I have not been to this city but the author’s tale leaves me wanting to visit much more than a guidebook ever would.

A Year and a Day focuses on Megan, Hope and Sophie as they spend a few days in the same hotel whilst visiting Prague.

I felt a strong connection to each of the characters, all of which had me captivated from the opening pages. It is impossible to say how spellbound I was while reading “A Year and a Day” and will be recommending it to everyone who will listen!
