230 women from the French Resistance were captured, and taken to on a train to Auschwitz in the Winter of 1943. The first part chroncles the collapse of Vichy France, early 1940s, how the Nazis invaded Paris. It then moves on to the friendships between the women of the French Resistance who had to endure the death camps and the return of only 49.
