Disgraced security consultant Tom Holt accepts a job from a mysterious lawyer, on behalf of a client named Capricorn.
Holt’s team comprises Anil, a safe-cracking ex-con; Ray, a disgruntled logistics man, and Becca, a fiery red-headed thief with as much attitude as she has talent for picking pockets.
On arrival in the alluring Argentine city of Buenos Aires, Holt’s past swiftly catches up with him. As he begins to question the client’s motives, he finds there are darker, more sinister characters who show loyalty to his employer.

For my first visit to South America, I think I’d like to visit Rio.
I love history so Cusco in Peru or Cartagena in Colombia would be very much on any travel itinerary …….if I were ever brave enough to get on an aeroplane!
I don’t think that will ever happen so I satisfy my curiosity by reading about these places instead.

I’ve never been to South America but would love to visit Macha Picchu in Peru and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

I would love to visit Panama City because that is where my son in law’s lovely parents live. We’ve met up with them in various places around the world but never yet on either their or our “home territory”.
Frutillar in Patagonia sounds wonderful. I got talking to a stranger on a bus, a lovely old hippy, who told me she’d hitched the length of South America years before, got as far as she could & ended up staying in Frutillar until her money ran out…nearly two years.
