caprese salad.
We grow our own tomatoes and this served with some fresh pasta transports me to Italy on a summers evening, dining al fresco in the late sun with a chilled glass of wine to go with it. Take me there!

Risotto, preferrably mushroom, is my favourite Italian dish but I could easily eat a small jar of braised artichokes in olive oil all by myself in one sitting.
Oh don’t make me pick! Love risotto, a proper Italian pizza and carbonara – I can’t (or possibly won’t) narrow it down more than that.
