I have quite a few, but I most recently really enjoyed ‘A Maid on Fifth Avenue’ by Sinéad Crowley. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought it as a present for one of my friends’ birthdays!
I loved The Missing Sister by Lucinda Riley, such a beautifully written book.

My favourite book set in Ireland is Circle of Friends by Maeve Binchy. I first read it many years ago but go back to and read it from time to time and enjoy it each time.
