Cornwall
I love Cornwall – so beautiful.
I’m a Lincolnshire lass through and though. I was born here, went away to college with ambitions to travel the world and threatening never to return. However, within a week of finishing college I was introduced to someone who was prepared to teach a penniless newly qualified teacher to drive. Six weeks later we were engaged (without any driving lessons given) and on Wednesday we celebrated 54 years of marriage and living in rural Lincolnshire…..our home and there really is no place like it!
I love Yorkshire – it’s utterly picturesque.
Yorkshire. It was somewhere that always fascinated me and I felt a sense of longing to live there, even as a child growing up in London. It felt like my rightful place. I went to uni in Yorkshire and, although I went south for a bit after graduating I moved permanently to the east coast of Yorkshire more than 20 years ago and I love it. It feels like I belong.
Yorkshire
I love Northamptonshire where I live because it is very beautiful! Due to it’s central location in the country, it is easy to visit London for days out or equally seaside spots in Norfolk or Lincolnshire! We have lots of pretty villages and countryside but also market towns for shopping and leisure.
I love Yorkshire as it is so diverse; the spectacular coastline, the rolling Dale’s and the vibrant cities.
I live in Worcestershire, but my favourite county has always been Shropshire.
