Departures: A Journey with India by Shaun Fynn, a photographic essay set across India, spanning 20 years.
Time to highlight a wonderful collection of photographs, both colour and black and white, taken by Shaun Fynn over a 20 year period. He started his project on a first trip to Mumbai in 2000 and his aim has been to capture the essence of the country, capturing people and places and the mundanity of everyday life.
There is squalor, colour, wonderful architecture, landscape, spirituality and work place existence. An unflinching portrait of a country that is captivating, stark at times and mesmerising.
