“Older” woman (that means middle aged woman) falls for much younger man. This novel is funny, it has heart and it is entertaining and I really loved the bright yellow cover (the British one, not the American – the latter wouldn’t have tempted me at all to pick it up.

There is a lot of millennial speak with which the main protagonist struggles, and needless to say this novel is aimed at a younger demographic who understand the lingo. It’s hard when you are in mid flow of reading and you have to slow down to consider what is meant.

Anyway. this is a nice romcom that entertains and teases.

It has what a imagine to be quite a New York vibe.
