Went as a child and abiding memory is wonderful adventure playgrounds with rope swings and feeding animals on working farms. Would love to go back!

My husband is Cornish so we’ve visited many times, although not so much in recent years now all his family there have passed away. It gets awfully crowded now though, and the journey there takes forever because of the traffic jams, which takes a lot of the pleasure out of it.

Hello, I haven’t been to Cornwall before but I have heard it is very beautiful. I would like to visit the Minack theatre in Penzance as it looks amazing, it is right in the cliffs over looking the sea.

I haven’t been to Cornwall but I would love to go because I love bodyboarding and they have some wonderful beaches. Though I’d need one where there wasn’t lots of very good surfers as I’d feel like an idiot! There’s so much else in Cornwall I’d love to see that we really must try to get there sometime.

We usually visit end of May & early October, staying in the Crackington Haven area. Easy access to everywhere. Cliff walks, lovely cafes, spectacular scenery. Pasties from Boscastle and Tintagel. Beach walks at Bedruthan and Trebarwith.
    Can’t wait to visit again!

I visited Cornwall in 2004 and spent a wonderful week with friends in a cottage by the coast. Everything about Cornwall enthralled me. The rocky beaches, the quaint towns, the pasties and cream teas! I would go back again in a minute if I could. Also, Daphne duMaurier’s home, which you can peak at.

Well, this is a bit embarrassing! I had always wanted to visit Tintagel – lots of romantic ideas in my head about it – but when we got the opportunity, my legs let me down. No way were they going down all those steep, slippery steps! So I admired it from afar and was a little bit heart-broken. Fast forward a year or two and they have built a bridge. No longer must my heart be denied its destiny – legs will cooperate and I will visit Tintagel at last.

I love Cornwall and wish it wasn’t so far to travel to from my home. Had some wonderful holidays in St Ives.

I visited many many years ago. I can remember us staying in a fisherman’s cottage overlooking the sea in St Ives. The cottage was tiny – we had to duck to get in and out of each room. It was great fun getting up very early to watch the fish being brought ashore.

I would love to visit Cornwall. It has been the setting for some of my favorite mystery novels.

I’ve never been to Cornwall but I’d love to visit as it looks so picturesque. I’d like to walk over Tintagel Castle Bridge but I’m not sure whether I’d actually be able to pluck up the courage to cross it!

I have never been to Cornwall but it is on my to go list as it is breathtakingly beautiful. I’m also a big fan of Cornish pasties, they are a great comfort food for me. This sounds like a great read.

I have strong connections with Cornwall, as I am half Cornish & my autistic brother lives in care there, so I visit twice a year.
Another visit is overdue, thanks to lockdown, so I will be going as soon as I can!
One of my favourite places is St Agnes, I love Trevaunance Cove & like to sit and watch the waves and the surfers.
My favourite Cornish foods are pasties and a Cornish cream tea (jam on first, of course!)

I know Cornwall well. For around 10 years in a row, we stayed in Fowey Hall when it was a Countrywide Holidays Association Walking centre.
We walked a lot and went by coaches to lots of lovely places where we walked some more!
We won’t be revisiting – except by reading books set in Cornwall,

By coincidence I was just looking up places in Cornwall. We had a wonderful family holiday at Mousehole many, many years ago. Mum had a schoolfriend who lived her husband in Newlyn & they drove us round to all their favourite & often well off the beaten track spots. Lovely holiday.

I am very lucky to live on the Devon/Cornwall border. My fave place to visit in Cornwall is Porthleven, a quaint little town with a lovely harbour.
