I am very Partial to Bree and Camembert, as not only are they wonderful as a standalone cheese, but they can add so much to baking and finished dishes, without being overpowering!

My favourite cheese is Cathedral City Mature Cheddar, which is something I eat almost every day. I also love Snowdonia Cheese Company’s Pickle Power, which is mature cheddar with chunks of pickled onions. I eat this with a side of homemade pickled onions for an extra oniony kick. It’s absolutely delicious – one of my favourite treats – and as an added bonus, the strong pickle breath that results after eating tends to keep other people away!
