Seaside in the UK is Ogmore by Sea. Abroad it is the Costa Blanca.
I love Whitby. It has the abbey, the beach, the pier and the best fish and chips

Living in the south of the UK, I am a little biased towards the rugged coastline of Cornwall.
However, my favourite destination for an all inclusive, day out experience, is Portsmouth. A museum, a park, a castle, great shopping and restaurants in nearby Gunwharf Quays and a long coastline walk – Heaven!

Morecambe! My hometown. Bring back Frontier Land!
Sutton-on-Sea, Lincolnshire. A largely unspoilt seaside town (not over commercialised) with four miles of prom for walking and cycling and miles of sand. A new National Trust nature reserve has been dug out of the old golf course right next to the beach. A good footpath winds its way through recently formed lagoons. Early days but well worth a visit.
